KITCHEN FITTER/INSTALLER

Qualification: ITI Fitter/Carpenter OR 10+2

Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Description:

  1. Measurements – Kitchens, plumbing and electrical points
  2. Understanding of kitchen drawings/elevations
  3. Assembling and installation of cabinetry and their internal hardware fittings
  4. Handling client request for repair, maintenance and modifications
  5. Working with small hand tools for assembly and installation

Key Result Area

  1. Value addition in present product
  2. Kitchen Assembly and Installation
  3. Client Handling

Soft Skills

  1. Excellent communication with clients at site
  2. Punctual, Team player and Soft spoken
  3. Flexible in working beyond duty time when situation warrants

CARPENTER/ASSEMBLER

Qualification: ITI Fitter/Carpenter OR 10+2

Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Description:

  1. Understanding of kitchen drawings/elevations
  2. Pasting of Rubber foam to different Cabinet components
  3. Identification of different parts and assembling them as cabinets according to design specifications
  4. Able to fit different hardware fittings to cabinets at factory and perform trial run
  5. Working with small hand tools for assembly and pre-installation
  6. Packaging of kitchens and other parts for dispatch

Key Result Area

  1. Identifying manufacturing gaps and improvement areas
  2. Kitchen Assembly and demo installation at manufacturing unit
  3. Team spirit and on-time delivery

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Qualification: MBA/PGDBM

Experience: 3-5 Years with 1+ year in selling Modular Kitchens

Job Description:

  1. Promoting overall Koxygen brand products among architects/Interior designers
  2. Establishing new dealers, market expansion and franchisee management
  3. Exploring new avenues for direct/online shopping
